Use this page after reviewing the workflow. It explains the district sequence for launching the framework, selecting a manageable starting point, preparing buildings, and reviewing quarterly updates.
The framework and Building Implementation Guides provide the model. The district launch process helps leaders communicate the purpose, identify an initial focus, prepare principals and staff, make the guides easy for buildings to use, and review quarterly updates so support can be adjusted over time.
Launch focus: districts do not need to recreate the framework. The work is to introduce it clearly, support building adaptation, and use summary evidence to notice progress, barriers, and support needs.
Use the overview to build a shared understanding of why life beyond high school preparation matters and how the framework is organized.
Use the seven domains to clarify the preparation model and identify which domains should receive first attention.
Identify participating buildings, grade bands, starting domains, support contacts, launch commitments, and first-cycle dates.
Use the meeting agenda, staff overview, and family/community template so the purpose and expectations are clear before implementation begins.
Buildings use the guide for each domain to plan grade-band implementation, select examples, identify evidence, and name support needs.
Buildings save or print their generated Summary Reports and send them through the district's chosen local process. District leaders then review each report, enter a response, return it to the building, and track whether follow-up is pending or complete.
