Districts can use the framework, guides, templates, and forms while managing documents, submissions, responses, and records through their own approved local systems.
This site provides frameworks, Word documents, web-based planning forms, and process models that districts can use, download, print, save as PDFs, or adapt locally. Districts decide how completed materials are submitted, stored, reviewed, and shared.
How districts see Building Summaries: the website does not automatically send Summary Reports to the district. Buildings save or print the generated Summary Report and submit it through the district's existing process, such as email, shared drive, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, SharePoint, or another local system approved by the district.
Buildings complete the quarterly update, generate the Summary Report, and submit that summary through the district's selected process. District leaders review the Summary Report, respond to the building, and keep any follow-up records in the district's own system.
